Delivery Information 
 
UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Al Ain, RAK)
 

Your Gloe box delivery will be a flat rate of 19 AED within the UAE Emirates (orders over 300 AED are free). This courier service is available Monday - Friday between 9am and 6pm. Please note the delivery window is an all day time slot. The Courier service will contact you an hour before delivery in case you will not be at the address.

Once an order is placed, your item will be with you in 2 working days. Should there be any delays because of extended holidays, you will be contacted.

International shipping
 
We offer GCC shipping with Aramex to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman. Your delivery rate will be calculated upon checkout as the Aramex box will be shipped by weight.

International customers (outside of UAE) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Refunds & Exchanges 

All items purchased from The Gloe Company are packed carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us at info@thegloecompany.com within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of The Gloe Company.
